5-room house for permanent comfortable living of a large family. Three rooms are completely separate, one walk-through room of the “studio” type, a separate hall and a sauna. The house has two basic layouts, one of which is replacing the hall with another isolated bedroom. The house has 5 terraces: entrance, three terraces, access to which goes from three bedrooms. The fifth terrace is external and is located between the sections of the house.

The exit to the terrace is located in the corridor between the sections of the house. The second, mirrored, area on the opposite side of the house, from the entrance, is usually used as a parking lot for cars or motorcycles. Sheds over external terraces are supplied on request or made by yourself. There are quite a few possibilities of using such a structure as a home or commercial space.
