A complete house with a usable area of ​​152 m2. Based on Model H124. The additional module acts as a hall with a library and a fireplace or boiler. The hall windows open onto the terrace, which is pushed forward. The roof of the fireplace hall serves as a summer terrace with sun loungers and coffee tables. Climatic conditions do not imply frequent use of the terrace and we installed a staircase outside the house. The exterior of the house in the premium version is made of Japanese fiber cement panels with the texture of wood and stone of various types. The roof covering is made of Finnish Katepal shingles. Wall insulation is 30 cm. The house is heated both with infrared coating in the floors and with a fireplace. The house has a sauna.
